Made with roasted red capsicums, apples, onions, malt vinegar and just a hint of chilli, it’s bold but not hot, full-flavoured and irresistibly moreish. The rich roasted capsicum flavour is rounded out with lime, black pepper, bay leaf and thyme. It’s got mellow heat and a whole lot of charm.
